Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Jazzy Little Things LLC. We value your support and strive to ensure that your experience is positive from start to finish. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Overview
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
However, we are happy to offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a clear manufacturing error.
Our replacement/refund window is within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
Eligible Issues for Replacement or Refund
To qualify for a refund or replacement, one or more of the following must apply:
- The product arrived damaged.
- There was a manufacturing defect or printing error.
- The wrong item, size, or design was sent.
To process a claim, please contact us at thejazzylittlethingsllc@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Items that were ordered in the wrong size or style by the customer
- Slight color differences due to individual monitor settings
- Digital downloads or printable products
- Any product not in its original condition or damaged due to misuse
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue either:
- A replacement item shipped at no extra cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
You will receive an email confirming the outcome. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Returns
In most cases, items do not need to be returned. If we request a return for inspection:
- You will receive instructions via email.
- You may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was due to our error.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a trackable shipping service.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after receiving confirmation:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider—refunds may take time to post.
- Then contact your bank.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the issue is approved.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
